It is just masking tape, so really didn’t care that much about buying it. But wow so many previous off-brands I purchased are either too sticky, adhesive won’t come off the surface of what you stuck it to, you can’t get it to unstick from the roll, or all the tape is fused together and won’t budge. Who knew? So yes, just go with the “known” brand name ones like Scotch/3M. I mean, you just want it to work- shouldn’t be too much to ask for.So while this is sticky and works, the name can be misleading. It does not at all taste like whiskey or whisky. If you're going to call it Scotch tape, you should improve the flavor. I'm also not clear if this is a blend or single malt tape. Based on the price, I'm guessing it's a blend. I prefer it neat, rather than on the rocks, because when the ice melts, the tape no longer sticks to anything. They should put a note on the packaging about that.Good tape for masking before painting. It’s not very strong, but that could be because it’s a fairly narrow tape. Peels off easy though. I used mine to mask baseboards before caulking. Happy with the result. It works.Really glad I could buy this with next day delivery to my door. I really did not want to drive across town and search all over Walmart or Lowe's for the same tape which they actually sold for a few cents more than my vip Amazon delivery. It's working great for my crafts!I was looking for blue painter's tape. I use it with a marker to label containers for the fridge and freezer. Saw this and took a chance on it. It's so each to rip, stays on well, and so much easier to read the words!!Glad I got it, and will buy it again.I tried so many things to keep posters on my concrete block walls at school. This is the only I found that held all year. This is my second roll, I’m buying it again for this year.I use this tape for several different projects, it's great quality . highly recommend.Buen producto de una buena marca
