I bought this to use for chest binding as I don't care for the stretch that kinesiology tape has and i don't feel like it removes as much shape as I want. This works much better for me and I like it. I'd say it doesn't stay stuck as long, but that's fine, because I only bind when I go out in public and don't ever sleep in tape so it works fine for a day. I've also noticed it doesn't seem to irritate my skin as much, maybe because the adhesive isn't quite so intense. That's definitely a bonus for me and for my particular binding needs I think I already prefer this to K tape. It doesn't come with a backing, so I just stick one end, unroll to where I think I want and cut, and just try not to touch the adhesive as much as possible. I wish there were more color options and/or the colors weren't more expensive than the white.
