Takes once or twice to get the hang of applying the strips correctly and effectively. Also, there is incremental value in the levels of quality from the basic beige cotton strips to the more expensive and more effective PRO strips. They’ve lasted for me between 2-4 days, with showering. Highly recommend if you’re having knee pain related to ACL or MCL. Loves it to keep his foot wrapped.Admittedly humid here in central Florida, I've used both KT Tape Pro Synthetic and Rock Tape. After taking extra care to prepare the area (shaved hair, showered, dried, alcohol wiped the area and let dry) KT Tape Pro still comes loose (loses adhesion) after 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Rock Tape has better adhesive but does not feel as supportive with weaker elastic properties. Works well if used under a brace or sleeve to hold it in place.
